Nurturing health from the inside out.
My story
At Yonni Health + Wellness, the goal isn’t a quick fix — it’s helping you build a foundation for feeling well, supported, and at home in your body.
My relationship with food began early — cooking alongside my mother and grandmother, sharing meals, and making lasting memories in the kitchen. But for many years, that love was complicated by struggles with body image, and ultimately bulimia, and a belief that my worth was tied to how I looked rather than how I felt.
Like many women, I spent years trying to “get it right.” Through that journey, I learned firsthand how deeply nutrition, emotional well-being, and lifestyle are connected — and how harmful extremes and restriction can be.
Adopting a plant-forward lifestyle helped me heal both physically and emotionally, and completely transformed my relationship with food. What once was painful became empowering. Cooking became a passion. Nourishment became something I could trust.
Alongside my personal journey, I spent over a decade in executive leadership at a national breast cancer charity, gaining invaluable insight into health, advocacy, and the healthcare landscape. I also co-host Her Health Compass, a women’s health podcast sharing meaningful conversations with expert voices around modern wellness. These experiences, paired with my certifications in integrative and functional nutrition, shaped the thoughtful, evidence-informed approach I bring to my work today.
I now support clients who want to feel better — with more energy, balance, and confidence — through sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits that fit real life.
My Services
Individualized Health Coaching
Working together is a collaborative, supportive process — not a rigid program or a quick fix.
I offer individualized coaching for clients who are ready to improve their health in a sustainable way, without impossible restriction or all-or-nothing thinking. Whether you’re navigating weight changes, recovering from illness, or simply want to feel more aligned in your body, our work is tailored to you.
What Coaching Looks Like
Our work together may include:
Personalized nutrition guidance rooted in plant-forward, evidence-informed principles
Lifestyle support around stress, sleep, movement, and daily routines
Pantry and refrigerator makeovers or simple-to-follow recipes
Ongoing support, accountability, and space to adjust as life changes
Rather than focusing on perfection, we focus on progress — building a foundation that supports long-term health and well-being.
Who This Is For
Coaching may be a good fit if you:
Want to feel more energized and at ease in your body
Are tired of restrictive diets or conflicting health advice
Want guidance that is personalized, not prescriptive
Value a compassionate, whole-person approach to wellness
My Approach
I believe health should support your life — not control it. Together, we focus on nourishment over restriction, curiosity over judgment, and small changes that lead to meaningful, lasting results.
If you’re curious about working together, I’d love to connect and explore whether coaching is the right next step for you.
